By inviting Valiente to your Discord server, using its slash commands, or accessing the web dashboard at valientebot.xyz, you agree to the entirety of these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age required by Discord in your jurisdiction) to use Valiente.
You agree to comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Server administrators are responsible for all activities and bot usage within their server.

2. Permitted Use

Valiente grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to:

Manage server security and moderation (bans, kicks, mutes, automod).
Community engagement (XP leveling system, economy, minigames, reaction roles).
Automated notifications (creator stream alerts, free games, birthdays, patch notes).
Continuous music playback from supported public sources.
Dashboard configuration for servers where you hold administrative permissions.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Any violation of the rules below will result in immediate, permanent revocation of access to Valiente without notice.

You agree not to:

Exploit bugs, race conditions, or glitches in the economy or leveling systems.
Use self-bots, macros, or automation scripts to spam commands.
Perform denial-of-service attacks or flood requests to overwhelm bot infrastructure.
Distribute malware, phishing links, or illicit material through embeds or ticket panels.
Attempt unauthorized access to administration endpoints or back-end APIs.

4. Service Availability & SLA

Valiente operates 24/7 on a resilient multi-node cluster targeting 99.5% monthly uptime.

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by Discord API outages, cloud provider incidents, or scheduled maintenance.

5. Virtual Economy & Currency

All virtual balances, items, and currencies are strictly fictional and hold zero monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real money or refunded.

6. Termination & Blacklisting

We reserve the right to blacklist any user or server violating these terms or threatening infrastructure stability.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The Valiente team is not liable for indirect damages, accidental data loss, or server misconfigurations.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.
